Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2026
Who we are
Rulo Renovation & Repair is a window, door and home repair company based in Park Hills, Missouri, serving St. Francois County and the surrounding region. This policy explains what information we collect through rulorepair.com and how we use it. If you have questions, email us at rulorenovationrepair@gmail.com or call (682) 308-8078.
What we collect
When you request an estimate or send us a message, we collect what you type into the form. On our Free Estimate form, that's your name, phone number, email address, the town or ZIP code of the project, the service you need, the approximate number of windows or doors, your preferred days and times, any photos you choose to upload, any notes you add, and how you heard about us (if you choose to tell us). Our contact form collects your name, email, phone number and message.
If we schedule an in-home estimate, we'll also ask for the address of the project so we can get there.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you: to confirm an estimate time, prepare your quote, do the work you hire us for, and follow up about that project. We may also use it to keep basic business records, such as invoices and warranty information.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We don't share it with other companies for their marketing. We only share it when needed to do your job (for example, ordering your windows or doors from a supplier) or when required by law.
Cookies and site statistics
Our website is hosted on a website-builder platform that may use cookies and similar tools that are needed for the site to work and to show basic, general statistics about visits (such as how many people viewed a page). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How we protect it
Form submissions are delivered to our business email. We limit access to the people who need it to serve you and take reasonable steps to keep it secure. No method of sending or storing information online is 100% secure, but we treat your information with care.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you, complete and support your project (including our 2-year workmanship warranty), and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing rulorenovationrepair@gmail.com. If you don't want us to contact you again, just tell us and we'll stop.
Children
Our website and services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
